Alfa Romeo Victoria and their team were incredible. Sébastien was instrumental — the Green limited edition Stelvio I wanted was out of my budget at first, but he kept in touch, remembered when my lease was up, and reached out when they marked it down $5,000. That put it right in my range. I took the ferry over the Tuesday after the Monday holiday and was met by Kyle in Finance who handled all the paperwork fast and clear. The rest of the team had my new Stelvio gift-wrapped under a special tarp, fully detailed and waiting outside the showroom. Truly a fun experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alfa Romeo Victoria again. Special shoutout to Sébastien for his perseverance and kindness — he made my dream Alfa Romeo Stelvio Tributo happen.

A fabulous team! Thank you to Sebastian, Alex, Pietro, and Matthew at Alfa Romeo of Victoria for a wonderful experience buying a 2024 Fiat 500e. My father and I had almost just bought the same model through another dealership. They had let me drive the car for a few days and I was expecting to complete the purchase. However, just as we were about to sign the paperwork, the dealership learned that they were not actually able to sell the car as it technically belonged to their sister store! Left somewhat perplexed by the whole ordeal, we made contact with Sebastian at Alfa Romeo to get a fresh perspective. We were immediately impressed and resolved to visit the dealership the next day. Though Sebastian was away, he referred us to Pietro. Pietro was extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and gracious. He, along with Alex, explained everything we needed to know up front, from details about the vehicle to financing and securing the federal and provincial rebates for new EV purchases. Indeed, had we bought the car from the previous dealership, we would have missed out on the provincial rebate since neither I nor the other dealership understood the application process correctly. Pietro even evaluated our 2013 Leaf on the same day and offered us an excellent trade-in deal. We decided then and there to purchase our car through Alfa Romeo. When we returned a couple of days later to pick up the car, we were delighted to formally meet Sebastian. He, along with a trainee, Matthew, made the entire delivery process exceptional. Alex went through it all very thoroughly with us, explaining all of the various forms and options that were available and answering our questions. "This time, you get to keep the car. I promise!" We had a very positive experience with the dealership. Sebastian was very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. We purchased a 2010 Volkswagen Tiguan, but we were treated like we were buying a new Alpha Romeo. They offer a 3 week warranty on the vehicle when you drive it off the lot, and we noticed by the time we got home to Colwood, the heater was not blowing hot air, called the dealership, and they said bring it in and we will look at it. The service department called me and said the heater core had to be replaced. The heater core was replaced and it works great. I would highly recommend this dealership and staff if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.
