Alfa Romeo of Wilmington Pike

Had a fantastic experience with the service department today. I came in to get a recall sone, and advisor kept me updated every step of the way. The waiting area was clean, the coffee was fresh, and I was back on the road sooner than expected. Highly recommend!

As always, I had another great experience with Josh and The Team at Alfa Romeo Wilmington Pike. They are very friendly, customer-service oriented, and always efficient with helping me with scheduling any service. And they seem to always go above and beyond even getting me loaner vehicles to accommodate my busy schedule.

I worked out a deal with Kobey on February 9th for an out-the-door price on a vehicle. It was very clearly communicated from both sides that this was an out-the-door price. After agreeing on the price and that lending would go through them, I sent in my credit application, but then communication stopped. I called and texted multiple times and was told they would get back to me and nobody ever did. The claimed they called and texted but I have no missed calls or texts. Fast forward to today February 16th, one week after the deal was finalized, and I finally get someone on the phone to help push the deal forward only to find out that the original deal is no longer valid and that the price wasn’t out-the-door and I needed to pay additional ~$8k in taxes and fees to get the car after taking the hit on my credit to run the application, to which I declined. As they say, time kills all deals. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and bait and switch on the price.

As a female, I always CRINGE buying a car because it's such a miserable experience, but NOT with Alfa Romeo! Buying a car through this dealership was actually pleasant, and I didn't feel like I was being manipulated or pressured like I did with every other car I have ever purchased. WOW! Jamie and his team were also invaluable when I got into a fender bender and needed to repair my car. In fact, Jamie did EVERYTHING possible to ensure my car was fixed quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable cost. I think they should give Jamie a BIG raise because he deeply cares about customers and goes out of his way to make them happy, even after I purchased my car. In all my years of buying cars, I've never had such a positive experience in both buying and also fixing my car. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It was my first time at this dealership. Because of geography I normally go to Alfa Romeo Maple Shade, NJ. I brought in my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio for right-front tire noise. Jamie personally rode with me to confirm the sound. I received several videos from "Michele" in Service explaining her progress and what she found. She kept me informed the whole way through. She repaired the problem and performed the recall. I spoke to her at pick up to get further explanation and she was very professional and courteous. Price was reasonable. Mike was also very nice at the front desk. I would definitely use them again.
