I had a great experience with the service department at Alfa Romeo Winnipeg. I brought my Tonale in for an oil change recall and because it was not switching to electric/efficiency mode during the extreme Winnipeg winter (-40 to -45). The team handled everything professionally. They completed the oil change recall, updated the system software, checked the battery, and made sure everything was working properly. Said from the service team was excellent, very welcoming, professional, and attentive. He listened carefully to my concerns, arranged shuttle service both ways, explained all the work clearly, and returned my car fully serviced and nicely washed. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend Alfa Romeo Winnipeg and especially Said.
