These guys are amazing. I could not have had a better experience buying a car from them. They were honest to deal with and the car is great.

Corey was initially helpful to make the sale happen. I had called back quite a while later, offering to pay for something extra. Talked to Corey, said he should be able to get it. No reply for a week or 2 to say he got the item. I called later and talked with one of the other guys in the shop about it, said he would let Corey know. If I remember right Corey overheard and said something rudely about a stack of paperwork or something. As long as I understood the situation right, that's not a good way to treat a customer in a small town. I used to refer people to Alken but no longer do.

Just needed new batteries for our remote starters. They were very busy but we were able to leave the remotes do some shopping and came back later to pick them up. Even though it was just new batteries for remote starter, they didn't mind and were very nice and friendly and made us feel like an important customer. No job too big or small!!👍👍

We were from WI and hit a pheasant taking out our windshield. Not knowing where to go we went to the phone book and found places. Talking to the people there we were very happy with their knowledge and willingness to help us. All said and done we got a new windshield installed the next day. The people were very nice and extremely helpful. Thank you

I like the place. They did me right on my windsheildfor my 1980 ford fairmont. And now they just installed a new sterio system in the same car. Very professional work. Cant wait for them to install a new sterio in my trk
