What a great experience. Thabit was sooo patient with me! Hector Canas, the sales Manager was so kind and talked to me like an old friend. Both of them made me feel comfortable about the choice I had to make. I finally made the hard decision to trade in my 2014 Chevy Silverado LTZ. She was getting up there in years and mileage, and I needed better gas mileage for trips. I finally decided to rip the bandaid off, looked up this dealership, and scheduled an appointment. I came ended up spending more than I wanted, but Thabit and Hector worked hard for me to get it as low as possible and gave me a very fair price for my baby (the truck). I ended taking up 4 HOURS of Thabits time! Im grateful he didnt give up and was very accommodating to whatever I needed done to feel comfortable making the trade in today. He even went as far as having the service department lift the one I bought up in the air so I could get a full look through of what I was buying. Literally top and bottom. I got to see everything about this Equinox I could physically see to make my decision. A+ effort to Thabit Gault and to the sales manager Hector Canas. Looks like a nice dealership. Clean and will kept. However, like many dealerships, they only have a 50kwh charger. It works, but very slowly and the price is outrageous at 64 cents a kw. I didn't understand dealerships that put in chargers that are too small for the types of vehicles they sell and be able to receive a charge in a reasonable time. I'm seeing this across all brands and it's driving me to bypass dealerships to find third party charging stations.
