Don't fall for their mailed out scams. Even called the dealership before hand and they said come pick it up. Not the case. Different story once you show up. I think with the way the economy is right now it's such a SAD ploy to get you into the dealership. A lot of families are struggling financially and you're lying to them simply to get them to come into your dealership.

ONE STAR IS TOO HIGH OF A RATING! I would’ve sent a photo of our vehicle however it’s locked up in the shop and we’re unable to get it, so here it goes: This collision shop was where all body shops send vehicles that need any sensors calibrated on front end damage for Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles. So we went straight to the main source and took our Pacifica to this collision and auto body collision center for our vehicle to be repaired. Once they have your vehicle, it becomes endless times delays and new promised deadlines to have the car back to you that NEVER HAPPEN. The auto manufacturer built the car in shorter amount of time than it is taking this place to put on a new bumper and calibrate the sensors . The general manager is also a joke. This guy goes through Service Manager‘s almost monthly. He promised to get on the car and get returned in a reasonable amount of time however six weeks and counting is not a reasonable. He promised to also give us regular follow up and phone calls to keep us in the loop on our cars progress. However the way they change staff there there’s no way possible anybody could remember to make those calls or pull the same promises. For all practical purposes this body shop should not be in business and the General Manager should find something else to do! I would not even recommending bringing your child's red wagon in for repairs as they will be in college before the work is completed. My advise to anyone who is looking to have their car fixed at this location: "is Run Forrest, run!"

Horrible Service this is the second vehicle I have bought with electrical issues. First vehicle was a lemon . I have a 2022 Ram purchased new with 6 miles on it. Found the vehicle had been repaired in body shop,and also had a electrical issue. Electrical issue was not fixed it was sold to me that way. I took truck in,they acted like they did me a favor by giving me a loaner.We Found paper work in truck showing electrical issue. First thing they do is try and sale me a new truck. Service shop can't even fix it.

I took my Ram truck in for warranty work (bad radio). Josh did a great job in seeing that my problem was taken care of! Thanks for the great service!
