The dealership receives strong praise for its sales department, with customers highlighting exceptional customer service, transparent negotiations, and knowledgeable staff who work within buyers' budgets. However, the service department has faced significant criticism regarding extended repair timelines, poor communication, damage to vehicles during service, and disputes over responsibility for issues that arise during repairs.
Bonnie Claxton was the best!! She kept in touch with me and sent me different Jeeps that I was looking to purchase. She has ALL of our business from now on. If you're looking for the best, give Bonnie a call, or visit. She's the one who'll help you find your dream vehicle. I couldn't be happier! It was a great experience.
My experience at the dealership was exceptional. After conducting some online research beforehand, I easily located the vehicle I was interested in upon arrival. The negotiation process was thorough, transparent, and highly professional. The team did an outstanding job working within my budget and finalizing the paperwork so I could drive the vehicle home the same day. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service department, they give you the run around when you ask when your vehicle will be ready. Ended up sitting there for 4 months, only to find out after 3 and a half months that it got in a wreck on the property and they failed to notify us. They tried to quickly fix it before we could notice and did a pretty sad job of it. Paint job has runs, new dent in the bumper, color is way off. Would not purchase a vehicle from them again.
Pros - At the start it was great. good communication. As time went on it got worse and worse - Very respectful people (for the most part). - they did fix my door that they messed up as well as the ding i put in it Cons - Every time my car went to get fixed it came out with another problem. (its still broken Auto start stop needs to be serviced) - They will try to blame you for anything that happens to the car while in their possession (dings on doors, clutch not working correctly) - As per sales manager they have a lack of man power - As per a employee on the sales side service technicians will pull cars onto one of their lifts and pop some plastic covers off of the engine to make sure they get the work and no one else can take the work. i would assume this is the reason behind long wait times. - Will call you a liar if they do not agree with you (never apologized after they checked the cameras and saw it happened at their dealership) I don’t usually write reviews, but after my recent experience with this service center, I feel it’s important to share what happened. I brought my car in on September 10th for a recall on the clutch pressure plate. What should have been a simple recall turned into almost 90 days without my vehicle, and the communication throughout the process was extremely poor. When I finally got the car back for the 1st time on October 9th, I immediately noticed a new issue: the clutch pedal would stick to the floor and only return after a delay. ( no issue with auto start stop at this point) This problem did not exist before the recall work—both my wife and I drove the car regularly, and we never had any issues with the clutch prior to dropping it off. Despite this, I was quoted nearly $1,100 for the repair (the final cost was just under $1,000). Being charged for a problem that showed up only after their work was extremely frustrating. There was also new damage on my door. I pointed it out and clearly explained that I already knew about the original ding and wasn’t blaming them for that. Despite this, the service advisor insisted it was all the same damage. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. They did eventually fix the dent, but the way the situation was handled added to the overall frustration. To make things worse, I later found out that my car was actually ready on November 14th, yet no one contacted me. I only discovered it was finished on December 2nd, when I called them myself. When I brought up the delays and the clutch issue, I was told by both the service advisor and service manager that “there’s nothing they can do” because I had agreed to pay. That agreement was made before the extended delays and before I knew the car would come back with a new problem (the auto start stop system needing to be serviced also not there before I dropped it off. when I 1st picked up the car it said that the battery needed to be charged after driving around for a little while the charging was done. Auto start stop is still not working correctly. The advisor also claimed the clutch issue was already present before I dropped it off, which simply isn’t true based on my own experience — and my wife’s — with the vehicle prior to the recall work. So after nearly three months without my car, I’m now out almost $1,000, and I received my vehicle back with a new issue (the auto start stop system needing to be serviced) it did not have before. This has been one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve ever had, and based on what I went through, I do not recommend this service center. Below are some picture -The first two pictures are of the damage they caused on my door 10-9-2025 -The third is on the day i picked it up for the first time. I'm not sure what happened there. 10-9-2025 - The fourth picture is the current issue with the auto start stop 12-2-2025
We had Robert as our sales guy! He went above and beyond to make sure we got approved and were happy with our payments. I would 100% recommend him to anyone. He actually cares about his customers and listens to them. He doesn’t try to put you in something he feels like you can’t afford!
