Amazing experience from start to finish at All American Ford in Point Pleasant. My salesman, Johnny, truly made the entire process a joy. I live in connecticut.I saw the truck online. It's the truck I was looking for I use toyota Tundra.It was worth to drive from me to drive down to point pleasant to purchase it. On the sticker, it's a blue advantage, blue certified pickup truck, supposedly a hundred and thirty nine point inspection. So I purchased the truck cash. Load it on a toy trailer and towed it Back to connecticut. That's when I discovered it had a broken Front strut assembly and metal to metal brakes, so it was never inspected. It costs $3500 to make it road safe. At a toyota dealer in connecticut. I send a copy of the receipt to all american ford, which they ask me to do, and they would send me a check Which they never did, haven't received a dime. So I called to get the owner of american ford's information so I could call him . To see if we could resolve the issue. That's when Mark Powell, the general manager. Send me a email that they would not respond to my phone calls.Return my phone calls, emails or texts. So they sold me a uninspected unsafe for the road Toyota tundra trd pro. I call leave messages five times a week with no callback.

What an incredibly easy experience. Absolutely no pressure from anyone. We are so happy with the car buying experience from them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car. Coming from a 30+ year Chevy guy.
