My experience was fantastic! Larry was wonderful, very informative, and extremely helpful with the lease of my new Ford Explorer. He took the stress right out of looking for a new car. From the moment I walked into the dealership, until I completed my contracts, everything went very smoothly. Carlos was very helpful as well with all the paperwork for the lease.. Thank you so much Larry and Carlos. It truly was a pleasure doing business with you. I highly recommend Larry to everyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle, he truly is the best.

I brought in my 2020 Ford Transit-250 for tcm recall. Every other dealership either 1. Didnt have available appointments or 2. The service department wouldnt even pick up the phone. This location has exceptional service. Dianna was super helpful and Jeff was very professional. I got my transmission fluid changed and went over every detail possible. I am very pleased with their service. Highly recommend them. Don't waste tour time or money any where else.

I went in for an oil change and two recall inspections. Ashley told me the oil change would take about an hour, plus another hour for the recall checks. I decided to wait at the dealership, but ended up being there for over three hours—and had to keep following up for updates. Apparently, it takes two hours just to inspect a backup camera and a seatbelt anchor (???), which seems excessive and was never clearly explained. I was also initially quoted $99 for the oil change, but was surprised with a $130 bill at the end, with no explanation for the price difference. The invoice had no clear breakdown of the charges, and the person handling payments seemed completely uninterested—just rushing customers through as quickly as possible. On top of that, they told me all of my wheel nuts were “swollen” and needed replacement at $10 each ($200 total), otherwise they wouldn’t rotate my tires. I declined, as it felt like an upsell—especially considering you can easily find OEM wheel nuts for much less online. To make things worse, they didn’t even return my wheel lock adapter. The only slightly positive part of this experience was the employee who brought up the missing wheel lock—he sounded genuinely concerned and admitted this happens often. Overall, a frustrating experience with poor communication, questionable pricing, and lack of attention to detail. Needless to say, I will never go back and will also tell everyone I know to stay away.

I was very happy with my experience with the entire dealership. The salesman Brandon was well informed and made us feel very comfortable while my wife and I decided on such a big purchase. Anthony the manager came over and introduced himself, he was very polite and professional. It didn’t stop there, Tom who we sat with and signed all the paperwork was definitely experienced and made us feel very good about our purchase. One can tell that the professionalism spans from top to bottom at All American Ford in Hackensack. And my wife couldn’t be happier!!! Thank you everyone at All American Ford!!!

I had an issue with my torque converter and brought my vehicle Ford Edge 2020 in for inspection. During the process, the team informed me that my car was still covered under an extended warranty, which I honestly wasn’t aware of at the time. They were very transparent, explained everything clearly, and handled the repair professionally under the warranty. The work was done properly and the vehicle is now running smoothly. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Great customer service experience at Ford Hackensack. Highly recommended.
