Absolutely the best experience! My sales representative, Parnell Smith was friendly and professional. The General Manager, Ervin Jones introduced himself and reassured if anything was needed to just ask. Another sales representative, Dwight Anthony had a very friendly conversation with us while my representative was running the numbers. Parnell Smith and the other professionals just mentioned, went above and beyond. This dealership also gave me a fair trade for my old vehicle. I can not express how impressed I was with the whole experience. The Bronco has exceeded my expectations in performance and quality. Thank you Parnell, Ervin, and Dwight for making this the best car buying experience. Also this is my first Ford and this team has secured me as a lifetime customer. Do not recommend this dealership. Parts department attempted to do no research on a Ford motor craft battery that is well within it's "warranty" date. But since I didn't have the original receipt they had no interest in helping me.

All Star Ford Denham Springs (Hudson Automotive) — Pass. We came in Saturday evening specifically for a 2026 Expedition Platinum advertised on their own website at $80,008 (VIN: 1FMJU1MG2TEA32604). Here’s how it went: We stood on an empty sales floor for five minutes while three employees chatted and ignored us. My wife joked we must be wearing invisible clothing. Every vehicle carries a $2,900 mandatory addendum for “ceramic coating” — non-negotiable, already applied. Problem: it was raining and the water wasn’t beading on the paint. You decide. I’m a retired Army veteran. When I asked about Ford’s Military Appreciation discount, I was told I didn’t qualify because I’d been retired “too long” — supposedly there’s a two-year cutoff. That is not Ford’s policy. Retirees qualify. I was either misinformed or deliberately steered away from a discount I earned. Their opening number: $86,564. After two manager trips and 30 minutes of waiting, their “best”: $85,564. Trade offer: $27,500. I left. The next dealership gave me $32,000 on my trade and $8,500 off their vehicle — as advertised — and had me in and out including F&I in 45 minutes. All Star had every opportunity to earn our business. They chose not to.
