It was a pleasure stop by and get our new Hyundai Elantra hybrid. Since we arrived Tony was waiting for Us, and we’d meet his salesman guy Jorge. He didn’t force Us to go on one direction. He was so patient and let Us take our own decision. Finally Moises and Víctor help us with the credit approval. It was wonderful day in this dealer. We had a good car buying experience here. We were referred via the Costco auto program and met with Eric who is knowledgeable and professional. There were no games, they lightly negotiated for my used car, and we eventually landed at a reasonable offer. The only unexpected moment occurred when they insisted on checking my credit despite my not needing financing in order to accept a personal check. Ok, whatever. It wasn’t enough to kill the deal but they could have advised me before we were waist deep in the transaction. All in all an easy process although the paperwork/car trade in process took a long time.
