All Star Pre-Owned Supercenter

Y'all, as a rule of thumb I HAAAATE car shopping because of my experiences with scummy salespeople. I'm very easy to please, so this is not unfounded. Some people just don't shoot straight with you. That is not the case with All Star Pre-Owned Supercenter in Baton Rouge. We had the most pleasant and painless experience yesterday. My wife has been looking high and low for a new ride, and she set eyes on a 2025 GMC Terrain Elevation with very low miles and a great price at All Star that she found through Autolist. It almost seemed too good to be true! So she went to a local credit union here in West Monroe and got her borrowing situated and we headed down to check it out. Brian (Claiborne, our salesperson) had the Terrain ready and waiting for us. This man was about his business. A total gem to do business with. He did not waste our time. He didn't try to upsell us on this or that. The price we saw online was the price on the paper he put in front of us. It really was a hassle free experience which blows me away, based on my past experiences. I'm sure everyone there is great, but Brian was our guy and he made us very happy with our decision to buy there. Thanks again!

What a great experience buying a pre-owned car. Ja'Lere was our sales rep. She has great communication skills and is very personable. You can tell she really cares about taking care of the customer. I asked her to take care of an issue with the car I was interested in, and she gladly took care of it promptly and kept me informed. The rest of the staff was friendly and courteous as well. The manager checked on us making sure we were being taken care of. The financial manager was friendly and got us a great interest rate, lower than expected, lowering our expected note. Great job to all the staff. If you find yourself in the market do yourself a favor and give Ja'Lere a call as she is great to work with. Thanks guys for making this an easy and great experience.
