Start with the reviews. I wish I would have looked this company up on Google but I found the car through Facebook marketplace. When a auto lot that you take a test drive and it's practically below empty on the fuel gauge they're trying to hide something which they were. When I drove the car off the lot the minute I left the parking lot I noticed the clunking when I accelerated and accelerated. The check engine light came on the first day one of the headlights was all the way out which you don't really check during the daytime right and the other one was dimming I called and immediately ran my OBD on the car and then took it to AutoZone same code thermostat got them to replace that and the headlights but I paid $150 to upgrades to LED and they did not send the canvas so that now it's reading us it's got failing headlights because of amps are so low car thinks it's got headlights that are dying. But the motor mounts I guess they were motor mounts push the issue they agreed and I also insisted on all receipts because I didn't see one for the valve cover they still haven't given it to me and it turns out they only fix one of the motor mounts it only clunks when it decelerates now. I paid to have a mechanic doing a diagnostic and it turns out they didn't replace the valve cover gasket and the other motor amount is shot so now they're not responding. know your rights people. They have 15 days on that warranty that they state and that 15 days covers anything that causes something to be dangerous to the motor of the transmission not just engine and the transmission but something that can cause it's a fail such as motor mounts there is a implied warranty of merchantability. As long as you bring it to their attention within the 15 days or the mileage then you are covered even if it's 25 days and they're putting you off or you have they haven't fixed it all the way take it to a mechanic get a diagnostic take them small claims court and small claims court you can ask them for not only what you paid out of pocket but time off work the emotional stress and you reserve the right to sue if the motor or the transmission goes out in the future due to this issue that you're dealing with I hope this helps anybody who is currently being cheated by this company and by the way when you see a bad review on this site half of the good reviews are employees or owners of the company check out the names on the facebooks it's so obvious it's not funny now that's sad If it wasn't for those good reviews from family or the current salesperson or the current owner agent of the LLC their rating would probably be a two. We bought a 2014 dodge journey, great customer service, if you are looking for a decent car with a fair price, this is the place, Nestor (the manager) was amazing and Ingrid (his assistant) is always so helpful and she doesn't mind going above and beyond and really knows what she's doing. the best part is that they deliver what they promise, for example they guaranteed me that even in the future even after the warranty ends and i run into any issues with the car, to just bring it in for servicing and they will take care of it within the same day and i will only have to cover the cost of the parts needed and the labor was all on them, so i went back couple of months later for some minor repairs and as promised i didn't even have to wait long less then an hour it was all done, in and out. Ow! and their mechanic, is just fantastic he knows so much about engines like no one else. I don't mind going back again if i need to buy another car again because this is the place if you are looking for a great car, fair price and amazing customer service.
