I called Jessica at this dealership after my truck dashboard started acting up after I had recently had service done at another dealership. We were in kind of a hurry because we were just spending a week here. Jessica told me they were open on Saturday and they could at least figure out what the issue might be. Not only did they offer me a loaner, but they actually found the problem so I didn't need it. They took the extra time to actually troubleshoot the issue, find it, and fix it. Turned out to be a loose ground wire. In my mind they performed way better than other dealerships I've been to for warranty service.

My buying experience was outstanding from start to finish. Salesman Jett worked with me over the phone to secure the best deal before I even arrived for a test drive of a 2026 Ram 3500 Dually. They offered a fair market value for my trade-in, and everything was transparent and straightforward. Finance Manager Sarah was efficient and organized, making the paperwork process smooth and easy—even as an out-of-state buyer. I came in knowing what I wanted, the value of my trade, and what the purchase should look like, and there was no back-and-forth or pressure to add extra fees or upsells. This dealership was recommended by others for both sales and service, which is one of the reasons I chose to give them a try—and they did not disappoint. Well done!

I have to say there are still people that believe in customer service. I was very humbled when I talked to the General Manager about my experience with the service department when my 1500 Ram wouldn't start. I was able to get it jump started, so I drove it in and asked them to check it out. I was pleased to hear that it was just a battery. I also was surprised that they did a full inspection of my truck. They said it needed rear brakes and all fluids changed and provided a price to have it done. I decided to opt out of everything except the battery replacement. They also recommended a draw test, but neglected to tell me that it takes 5 hours to complete. I expected to be able to pick it up in a couple of hours. When I showed up a couple of hours later and it was not done yet. So I went home and called to check 3 hours later and it was still not done. I decided to go in and wait for it and waited another hour so I asked for the General Manager and he went to the shop to check out what was going on. To my surprise, he asked me into his office to explain everything to help improve communication with customers. He then offered to take care of the cost of my bill. I was amazed that he did that. I was so humbled at that moment and thanked him for his kind gesture. Dealerships are not given a good wrap in my opinion, and this gesture made me a customer for life. Thank you so much!

Service is second to none. Brandon was my customer service rep. He was able to keep me up to date on the work being done on my car. I was shocked how pro active he was. Not once did I have to call. Also the work on my car was done correctly the first time. A rattle was also fixed which another dealership could not. Again very good service. Thanks Brandon Peter
