Allen Samuels Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Oxford

Took my 2009 jeep in for service. Was having shifting problems. They came back with it being a wiring issue, and quoted 3 hours of diagnostics at $510 plus tax. Ended up coming down to a PCM. A very easily changed item and readily available online, however they said one cannot be found and that PCM is not fixable. They said this part was discontinued and there is nothing that can be done, basically the jeep was trash. I went to get my jeep and the price was approximately $590 for them to tell me my jeep was not fixable due to this very easy part to swap. Very rude staff in the service department. My guess is they didn't even look at the Jeep.
