I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Hybrid at Allen Samuels. My sales rep, Payton, was awesome to work with! I came in pretty much knowing what I wanted but trying to keep an open mind. Payton sold me because he was confident and knowledgeable about his product and didn’t pressure me whatsoever. He knew the car inside and out and answered every question I had. He didn’t try to sell me on anything, he just let the car speak for itself. He also stepped away and gave us plenty of time with the vehicle by ourselves so we could poke around and discuss privately. We told him up front we wanted to see some other vehicles at another dealership and he was very respectful of that. And when I contacted him 2 hours later ready to make the deal he was on it! I was given an excellent deal on my trade and they worked hard to get me in the right rate and payment. The process was incredibly quick and easy as well- not having to sit in a dealership for hours on end with a toddler because everyone knew what they were doing was an added perk. I would highly recommend Payton and the whole team at Allen Samuels to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Oh, and it’s the car of my DREAMS!

I’m so grateful to the team! I contacted Preston (my dad) informing him that I was in need of a vehicle. He asked basic questions, what’s your score, what are you interested in, etc. The application process was simple and quick for me. I was approved the same day but because I’m in Nashville I didn’t get it until the following day. When I made it to the dealership I was greeted not only by Preston but also the sales manager! My husband and I had the greatest experience with John Giovanini at Allen Samuel’s Hyundai. I reached out to John a few weeks ago asking for specs on the 2025 Palisade XRT and Calligraphy. Within 10 minutes he had (VERY NICE) proposals sent my way. Out of the 4 dealerships we looked at, they offered me the best value for my trade and the rebates were unbeatable. We drove almost 2 hours with our newborn and it was well worth it. John showed us the cars and didn’t try to hassle us into buying the 2026 version because he knew we liked the 2025 better. We had great conversation and laughs during the buying process. Cory in finance was great and once again didn’t try to hassle us into something we didn’t want. We left there after 4 hours with our perfect car. The 2025 Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition far exceeded our wants/needs. And you can’t beat a cheaper monthly payment and 0% APR for 60 months!!
