I did a road trip with my three kiddos all the way from Colorado to Arkansas to visit my momma/grandma. Engine light came on after a day at the Mid-America Science Museum. I immediately drove it here, but it was late and they were already getting ready to leave for the day. Eric in Service and Nikki at the front desk immediately saw my need and got me into a suitable loaner car. It was a beautiful Cooper color too. The issue was covered under my warranty and they fixed my car in 2 days. It was a really good experience and I would recommend anyone to take their Chevy, Buick, or GMC here.

I recently purchased a 2019 gmc Yukon xl from Allen Tillery. The sales man was great, and was very helpful. Now the service department was terrible. They performed 150 point inspection and missed the forward radar module was inoperable and not mounted, the front struts were leaking and did not function. Had to take it to Everett GMC to find this out. Took it back down to Tillery and they did the repairs. The service department left my vehicle dirty inside and out and I have no idea if all the repairs were done. No service paper work was issued to me. They did apologize. Like that makes up for crapy service. I cannot recommend the service department in any way. Take it to jiffy lube you will get the same quality work. Sales department was great. But that's were it ends.

I am so excited about my new 2026 Traverse. Jasmin and her manager went to great lengths to find the exact Traverse I wanted. They were courteous and so helpful. They gave me updates daily and made me feel like I was their only customer. But they also went above and beyond for my husband and I by giving us the sunroof from our trade in that had the hand print of our son, we lost last year to a heart attack at the age of 17. I don't know of any other dealerships that would have that kind of compassion. So I highly recommend Allen Tillery Chevrolet for your next car/truck purchase.

I drove 12 hrs to Arkansas. My truck broke down and had to get it towed to the nearest dealership for my chevy Silverado. The people there were very friendly. But the big shout out goes to Dalton. I truly appreciate you getting the parts I needed for the truck and getting my truck fixed for me to go back home. You kept on contact with us and mostly you were very polite everytime we talked. Thank you very much for everything you have done to get my truck fixed.
