I am from Massachusetts and this was my first trip to Mont Tremblant. To my surprise the started in my F 150 died on my first morning. Alliance Ford was very very helpful. Job was on time (saved my vacation!) and reasonably priced. As an out of country tourist I really appreciated the great service!
Always friendly service, repairs done right, does not take too long to get an appointment. What else can you expect from a service department?
Claude (and André Filion) in service is very professional and extra courteous. (I haven't had any major repairs for my 2013 Edge so cannot comment on the quality of the mechanics... so gave 4 stars total ..even though the service counter is 5 star).
