Short version - Francis Olang-Brand Executive and Kyron Session-Finance Manager will take care of you and provide you with amazing customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. My experience - This was the easiest and least stressful car buying experience. We called ahead of time and had the wonderful pleasure of being connected with Francis Olang-Brand Executive. He ensured that the vehicle was available and had it washed and ready for us to see the moment we arrived. The test drive was fun and easy, and Francis was very knowledgeable on the vehicle as well as how it differed from other trim levels of the same model. After that, the "negotiation" was painless and quick, no games. He and his manager were able to work it out to meet us where we wanted to be pricewise. From there we worked with Kyron Session-Finance Manager to finalize the purchase. He was so up front about everything, did not try to sell anything we didn't need and was up front about the recommendations he made. In the process, he even managed to drop my payment down a few dollars! This entire team was amazing, I walked in hesitant and stressed and walked out to an amazing vehicle that will keep me and my family safe for many years. Excellent service from JJ Jr and his father JJ Sr!! I walked in after doing all my research on which SUV I wanted it was between a Chevy Trailblazer and the Hyundai Kona…some other dealership didn’t give me the price I was willing to pay the day before for the Trailblazer, so I made an appointment immediately on the internet for the next dealership. I spoke with JJ Jr and when I came in his father took care of me because I showed up much earlier. The family duo at the Hyundai Dealership actually listen to me (both of them) and after I picked this beauty from the lot, they gave me everything I wanted and needed.
