If I could not give a star I would. So here it is bought a 2014 Mercedes E350 black from these guys. I’ve had it for about 3 months now. I get home from work one day and my back passenger tire is flat. So i get the rim and tire off. Well after doing so I realize the rim has been welded back together. I take the tire to belle tire down the road. They told me they aren’t going to mount a tire on the rim, very unsafe to even be driving this car with a rim like that. So I call and talk to these guys 3 days ago. Really nice on the phone, talk to the guy that runs the place. Tell him the story, send him pictures we talk over text a few time. Tells me he will find me a rim that I CAN BUY!!! Lol!!! This is my story you take it how you want to. But me personally these guys need to go down. I’m in the process of making that happen.

Easily the best dealer experience I've had. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly, and the place had a very laid back atmosphere. They had the car parked where it was easily accessible when I came in, and gave me time to look the vehicle over without them supervising me. It was in better condition than I expected, I couldn't find any issues, beyond minor cosmetic ones. The test drive was better than expected, and I found no issues there either. When it came to buying the car, it was an easy process, and even though I split the cost between 2 credit cards, they didn't try to make me pay any added fees beyond title/tax and documentation. The owner even told me before buying that it may use up to a quart of oil between oil changes, which I had already heard was common from what I read online. I've been driving the vehicle for almost 2 weeks and 500 miles, and have so far found no issues.

Worst dealership I ever been to, I,asked them several times about if the car has any engine problem before buying, they told me no, and 3 days later, engine blew up. They blame the problem on me even I drove less than 100 miles. Dan Butler is definitely a jerk as a salesman. Will never be back. Don't trust anything they say
