Alm Hyundai Florence

We purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade from ALM Hyundai of Florence on June 15, 2026. Worked the entire deal over the phone and via text. I might add a fantastic deal. They gave me a very good deal on my trade in and I basically drove up from Charleston to test drive and finish the paperwork. My sales representative Christena Prones was so customer focused. She also knew the Palisade and its features and functions. She also knew Apple and Android phones which she also set up for us. I have a local dealer near me but it was well worth the drive to save money and leave happy after purchasing a new vehicle. We got 29 miles to the gallon on our trip back home! Ms. Jenna was awesome! My fiancé and I were super nervous about coming in to trade in our vehicle, then our fears went away with all the great staff and customer service. Landon at ALM is a great sales rep! I drove an hour and a half to this dealership as they had a selection of EVs for me to look at. They worked with me to get me approved and payments down as much as we could. I love my new Ioniq 5 and will make the drive to ALM for any maintenance I may need.

Travis helped me with the type of car I wanted. He took my needs seriously. I had demands when I walked into Hyundai. I did not want to be sold extras and then have a higher payment than what I wanted. Travis wasn’t pushy at all. He explained my options, just that, I had options. It was my choice. That is what I liked. He got my a lower interest rate, the car I wanted, the color I wanted and with the payment I expected. I’ve never given a car salesman a review before. It’s been over 20 years since I bought my first new car. Travis wasn’t pushy professional. He cared about what I wanted and made sure his co-workers knew it lol. I appreciate honesty and I am very happy with my car.

He listened very intently to my numerous preferences and patiently answered every question that i presented. He then took me around the lot and allowed me time to find an SUV that spoke to me and met my parameters. Once i made my choice, we went for a test drive and sealed the transaction. Kris W. is a wonderful, engaging salesman who did his best to meet all of my expectations. He did not try to push me into making any decisions and worked diligently to close the deal. I left totally satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.
