On April 14 2026 I got a beautiful 2020 ELANTRA Hyundai. Jean is the best salesman in the world he was very helpful. He walked me through the whole process. Everyone offered me snacks & water through the whole process. They have the best customer service ever. I’m very pleased and happy about my new car it drives well and it’s fast. Thank you so much Jean !!!!!

I want to start off by saying that Hyundai has always been a brand that I have loved and stayed loyal to. I took my car in for maintenance and was greeted by Nina Cespon with an opportunity to upgrade my 2024 Sonata N to a 2026 Sonata N. I was hesitant at first because I loved my car but Nina made the transition seamless. She has an amazing personality and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience due to her. I’ve been purchasing my vehicles for this dealership for almost a decade and I’m glad that the service has always been outstanding regardless of the change of name. Thank you so much to ALM West, Nina and Mandela for an amazing experience. I was continue to be a loyal customer to ALM West for the foreseeable future!

Took my 24 Santa Fe here for a warranty check. EVERYONE WAS SOOOOO AMAZING. From explanations to physically showing their findings, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Sarah (I hope I am spelling her name right!) Was so funny! Finding out we were practically neighbors was great! I wish I had gotten everyone's name! Lets hope that all are credited that worked the morning of April 8th! I was checked in about 8:30a and drove the maroon Santa Fe! OMG, ALL OF YOU WERE FANTASTIC!!! Jameel Smith... oh, Jameel! This man was a breath of fresh air! He was such a delight to talk with. AND he was a Gator fan! Several were! Felt like i was home!!! While I was waiting, I went and checked out their inventory. Their prices were really good! Especially in comparison to what we have been seeing. From beginning to end, the people, the atmosphere, the checkout...I couldn't have asked for anything better! They will be a place i will use again! Took some pics to show my hubby of ideas! These were some colors I hadn't seen on other lots! Definitely check them out.

I do not recommend ALM Hyundai West. I initially visited this dealership after being told they had “great deals” and that they could help improve my financial situation. I traded in two vehicles, including one with negative equity, and was quoted one payment amount by the salesperson. However, once everything was finalized, the payment suddenly increased by nearly $200 more per month. I was repeatedly told things like “just ride this out,” “you’ll be in a great position in three years,” and promised that this was the best deal possible. Looking back, I genuinely feel that I was placed into a very unfavorable deal on my Hyundai Ioniq 5. What made the experience even more frustrating was the continued follow-up months later. I received calls and texts claiming they had “amazing new deals” and that they could finally lower my payment and “make things right.” I was specifically told things like, “My boss promises you won’t be disappointed,” and “we’ll make it worth your while.” Yet after taking more of my time and getting me back into the dealership, the outcome was the exact same — except now they wanted an additional $20,000 down payment. At that point, I explained that if the dealership truly wanted to make things right, they should do so honestly and transparently. Otherwise, I asked them to stop contacting me because I was tired of what felt like repeated sales tactics and false promises. Unfortunately, this has now happened to me on three separate occasions with this dealership, and each time my time was wasted. I strongly encourage anyone shopping for a Hyundai to explore other dealerships in the metro Atlanta area before making a decision here. There are many other dealerships that are more transparent, respectful of your time, and willing to work with customers honestly. As someone who works closely with students and families in a prominent educational community, I will absolutely be advising people to research carefully before doing business here. In my experience, this dealership prioritized making a sale over genuinely helping the customer.

Skip was really helpful in finding a car that suited me and worked with me to stay on budget. He made the process feel a lot less stressful and was patient throughout. I also really appreciated that he didn’t use the sales horn because he knew I have social anxiety 🤏🏽😂. Lauren from finance was also a sweetheart and made sure I had the best offer possible. Overall, I had a really good experience and appreciate all their help. 💚
