Fantastic out-of-state buying experience! Bought a Miata virtually and Frank was extremely responsive and helpful. My local registration got delayed, but Frank saved the day by overnighting a temporary plate extension. Highly recommend working with him!

Overall, everything went very smoothly with my experience at ALM Mazda South. Everyone I worked with was kind and welcoming. JJ, my sales rep, was especially great. He was very upfront, realistic, and made the process feel easy and stress free. I purchased my car about a month ago, and the buying experience itself went very well, even coming from out of state. The only issue I’ve had has been receiving my permanent license plate. I reached out last week to check on the status but have not heard back yet, and my temporary tag expires today. Which is a bit frustrating. Aside from that, it was a positive experience overall, and I appreciate how smooth the purchase process was.

My wife and I came across a Toyota Highlander Platinum that checked all of our boxes at the ALM Mazda South dealership in Morrow. We live a few hours away, so I spoke with the dealership before making the trip regarding concerns of the vehicle being “bought out from under us” before making it there (we have read the stories of this happening to so many people by many dealerships). Pablo was our salesman, and he was awesome! He assured me that would not be the case. We got there, and as promised, the vehicle was ready to go. He was super friendly and patient throughout the entire process. Also, the team was willing to fairly negotiate. Overall, would recommend as a dealership.
