I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from Al's in April. The first night after I drove it home, the brake lights stayed on without me being aware they hadn't turned of, and drained the battery. Every time I put it in park, I have to pump the brakes to turn the lights off. I drove the Edge for about twenty miles, and the service engine light came on, along with another dash board warning light. I took the Ford Edge to the local Ford dealership and paid 1300.00 for sensor and valve repairs. I was also given an estimate for an oil pan gasket that needs replacing for an additional $1200.00. I called Al to request reimbursement of repairs and was told that I purchased a used car, not a new car, that these type of repairs are to be expected. I advised Al if I wasn't going to be reimbursed, I would be posting my unfavorable reviews to compensate my expenses. He and his wife told me they wouldn't be threatened by me and I hung up on them. I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership without at least a 90 day warranty.

Can only review if I give a star. This business sold us a truck and 3 WEEKS later, the engine blew!!! Wouldn’t trade in, wouldn’t take it back, fix it, nothing!! Husband was out of work , had to either keep paying for a sitting truck that needed a 12,000 dollar engine or give it back to lender. Gave back to lender and out thousands of dollars. I do not recommend them don’t trust them.

The wife and I found a car listed on their website that we had to go check out. We took it for a test drive and knew right away it was perfect for us. Al, Shirley, and Jan were all Great to deal with! We had an awesome time while we were there and we Highly Recommend going to them for a vehicle! If we could give more than 5 stars we would have!

This dealership was so amazing, the owner went above and beyond to help me with this vehicle, the whole staff was very kind and professional. Al is very fair and honest . I truly appreciate everything they did and am blessed with a beautiful SUV , would highly recommend this company to everybody If wanting a great car at a fair price , with knowledgeable staff and honesty .. look no further Al's Detailing Sales and Service is the place Thank you 😊

Wouldn’t even give them a star if possible. Would highly recommend buying somewhere else, bought a truck cash off them for $2200 before it even left the lot I had a bunch of things I had to buy such as a coolant cap. On top of that the truck spent more time sitting than running they swore they swapped the battery but the battery is dated 8/19. The vehicle sat more than it ran. They’re now refusing to take the vehicle as a trade in and asking for MORE money in order for them to do so. From one car salesman to another that’s very shotty business. I spoke highly of this place before but now I would recommend you never purchase a vehicle from this place. They are only going to screw you over and ask for more money. I know people can be desperate but they have tons of other dealers down 8th ave that won’t screw you out of money and a vehicle. I highly recommend you seek a vehicle else where.
