I started my interaction with Altoona Honda contacting sales via email. Told them what we were interested in and would be down tomorrow, as we were an hour away. We got there to find that one of the vehicles we contacted them about had an appt. with another customer. However, we were never informed. So, we looked at the second option we were interested in and took it for a test drive. The car started rough and then stopped running before we were out of the parking lot. The salesman was embarrassed and assured us they put money into these vehicles to make them safe and reliable. We then looked for another option and took it for a test drive, something was wrong with that car too, you could see and feel it bouncing and grinding from the rear when starting to get up to speed. Again, embarrassed the salesman gave us a third option. It ran great however the salesman and sales manager did not want to work with us. Stating they put money into these vehicles to make the safe and reliable. We left embarrassed for them, confused and ultimately bought a car, that day, at another dealership.
