Altvater's Auto Sales

I've always had good experiences with them they .are knowledgeable and polite. They are further away from where I live than Done'ys in Coraopolis which is much closer - but "Doney" can be rather impolite and unfriendly - actually a bit rude, so if you have the time and you don't mind going a little further then it might be worth it to go to Altvater's !

Bought my first car from Mitch and unexpectedly it had issues. Without question or issue he took it back and fixed it. He still keeps in touch with me to make sure it runs perfectly.

Very disappointing interactions with 2 ladies at this business today. Went in per my husband as he and his family have done business here for years. This was my first time in I did not say my name nor my husbands. They treated me as if I was annoying them and also as if I was an idiot because I wasn’t sure of the exact process of a title transfer. Extremely rude, seemingly going out of their ways to make me feel uncomfortable and out of place. I was truly surprised at how poor the customer service was. It’s unfortunate, they have definitely lost business from several prior customers.

Went there for a title transfer thinking it was going to be a pain but turned out to be pretty easy going. The lady that was working there was super helpful and friendly.
