# Summary This dealership receives praise for friendly and attentive staff members across sales and service departments, with customers appreciating quick service times and a welcoming atmosphere. However, experiences vary significantly, with some customers reporting dismissive service advisors, inadequate documentation of work performed, and post-service vehicle issues that suggest potential quality control problems.
Went in for an oil change. I thought the service entrance was off of Henry Clay, but no. Enter from Port Washington. Super friendly service. Smaller staffed at the counter, but that makes it more friendly I think. You can wait while they service or get a ride. The driver was also very friendly. The waiting area was open and spacious, but all sofa seats with TV on the wall. Wish there were a few tables so I could sit with an iPad and work. Drinks were pretty bare minimum - just hot/cold water, tea bags, and coffee. Also a sign with “1 snack per person” above a plate with 2 protein-type bars. Their prices for oil changes were exactly the same as a coupon I received for a “special”, so the coupon doesn’t seem to do anything. You can also ask for a car wash after service and they will run it through one for you.
Bought a car here and everyone was fantastic. LA our salesman was super friendly, sales manager was extremely helpful, and finance guy was great too. Couple times waiting the other sales guy came over just to chat too. Great group all around, highly recommend buying a car here!
They are nice people, and we purchased a 2024 vehicle for my mother. I wasn’t present when she signed the papers. According to the manager, most of the used cars they sell come from rental agencies and are sold with just one key, which is also noted in the listing online they say. The car has a push-button start, and the key fob costs around $300. If you loose it, your in trouble. After the purchase, they were not interested in providing my mother with a second key. People make sure to read everything carefully, and you always want to verify that the vehicle comes with two keys. I assumed that a 2025 vehicle would include two keys, but I was mistaken. The best time to negotiate anything is before making a purchase. When things are inconvenient, companies tend not to mention them. Once again, nice people!
Worse experience I’ve ever received throughout the entire 5 years of owning a Hyundai. Shelly in service - completely dismissive of any question that I tried to ask before and after the appointment. Tried to provide previous documentation from another dealership which was Hyundai completely dismissed it stating it was from a Hyundai dealership when in fact it truly was because she had to call me to email it after getting home. Had my vehicle 5 hours not until I called 10 minutes prior to them closing wouldn’t have been able to pick up the vehicle. When picking up the vehicle - tried to ask things about warranties but the only for us was my leak that I was not there to be seen for. The director had to step in and explain it because the service advisor Shelly as well as the manager did not provide me with an opportunity to finish a question for them to answer. I was told by the manager, Kyle I was the one that was cutting him off although I was trying to ask questions regarding the warranties for a better understanding to make things worse my front end was the only thing to make it out of the parking lot before the same check engine light. turned back on, and my vehicle went back into limp mode, and I took the vehicle back. The director told me it was due to a leak and when we popped the hood, there was still coolant in the reservoir. Initially, I was told that the check engine light came on due to an oil leak within the engine. Then I was advised it was due to the coolant leak. Reviewing the invoice that I received, there’s no mention of them running any type of Diagnostic test or code that was pulled due to the check engine light I asked for documentation of what was all completed during that visit, including the inspection and was advised there was nothing but the invoice then reviewing the invoice the vehicle was there for a knock sensor issue and I was advised there were four recalls on my vehicle, and none of them were taken care of any other Hyundai dealership that I have gone to In regards to this same issue has provided sufficient documentation and explanation prior to leaving the Dealership unfortunately, it did not happen with this one I highly recommend taking a drive to a different Dealership and not wasting your time on this one because you will not receive answers to your questions nor documentation to support what you’re being told and pretty much called a liar. I will be taking my vehicle to another dealership for an actual diagnosis and sufficient paperwork to align with that diagnosis is for the $260 that I paid for it.
Made an appointment for my Ioniq Electric through the after hours phone service and got in early the next day. I was able to drive straight in, everyone greeted me and I was helped right away. I needed a top off on inverter coolant (which I called battery coolant but they were very kind about it) which they did free of charge along with filling my windshield fluid. Between pulling in and leaving was around 15 minutes. Great service!
