I had a great overall experience. Everyone—from the receptionist to the sales and finance staff—was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The financing process was smooth, and I drove away with a nice 2016 Jeep Wrangler. The only issue was the aftermarket infotainment system. I was told upfront that it wasn’t working, and the price reflected that, so I wasn’t too concerned. I assumed it might be a simple fix or, at worst, that I’d need to replace the head unit. However, I later discovered the problem was more extensive—not only was the infotainment unit that contained the radio, gps navigation and back-up camera unrepairable, the entire wiring system that connected to the head unit to all the speakers speakers were missing, ikely removed by the previous owner along with an aftermarket amp and subwoofer. This meant I had to not only replace the unit but also rewire the entire system, which ended up costing around $2,5000. That said, I do believe the staff was being honest when they said they didn’t know the full extent of the issue, and I did purchase the vehicle as-is. While I may have reconsidered if I’d known the extent of the issue upfront, I still feel like I got a good deal. Overall, it was a very positive experience with a great team, and I’m happy with my Jeep.

I'd like to give a shout out to Brittany, Melissa and Gabby Gomez (finance). This trio worked hard to get us into our dream truck. After shopping around for this GMC Sierra 1500 AT4, AAB was able to give us the best financing terms to make this truck a reality for us. We did encounter a hiccup after finding out the truck was sold without the factory wheel lock key but Melissa & Gabby went above and beyond to ensure this issue was taken care of for us. Gabby was so much fun to deal with and managed to keep me calm every single frustrated call I made to her. We got our first oil change service (on them) and some "GOT TRUCKS" t-shirts/koozies that we were eyeballing in their waiting area. We absolutely love OUR new truck! They have a beautiful selection of trucks and their no pressure, haggle free atmosphere made it a breeze to choose from their meticulous truck inventory.
