My husband and I bought a car in October of 2021 and did not receive a title until late March of 2022 kept calling no answer we had to get the used car commission involved, BBB and hire a attorney. Mr Caruso the owner would not answer any of our calls texts or emails. This dealership does bad business read the complaints on the BBB website. There are several. BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
Beware! They assured me they were fixing the A/C and their “fix” only lasted 2 weeks. Once they get your money good luck getting in touch with them. I had to hound them to get my license plates and didn’t get them until my temporary plates had already expired.
We got a 2014 Nissan Juke here. The dealer did a great job on cleaning the vehicles including the engine part. If you plan to seek a price-reasonable and quality reliable car, here will be a good choice!
Horrible business man ! BEWARE OF SCAMS! He will take your money and sell you a car that he hasn’t paid off ! Will take him months or longer to get you a title !
DO NOT SHOP HERE. It’s been months since I received my title and he has stopped responding and answering my calls!!! I almost went jail because the police thought my car was stolen !
