This Livery service is by FAR the worst livery service in the city of Cleveland . There vehicles are terribly maintained. They have HORRIBLE customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this service if my life depended on it.

Jay is excellent to deal with and always available to answer questions and is very personable. I highly reccomend this dealer when you are looking to buy a new or used hearse or limousine.

I can't say enough good things about his company.. they sold me 2-limousines and they backed them up 100%. No pressure sales gave me a fair price. they even painted one of them for me. Great job

I am saddened to have to write this post and give this company a 1 star review. In the past they have usually taken good care of me and my firm. I don't know what was different about this time. I purchased a used coach from the company and had everything squared away, i thought, until i received financing documents back from the financing company. I called the owner like i usually always does and his response to me was im too late im stuck with the car. I never in a million years thought i would have heard him say that. I would never buy a car from them after i get this vehicle straightened out. Response to American Coach Sales. They said in their response that the owner tried to speak to me about this car. The nerve of them. The own himself told me oh well the deal is done and i am stuck with the car now and i have the text to prove it. The owner also told me that 10k was hidden on the car to hide for tax purposes. The facts are still the same. American Coach Sales ripped me off for a car and didn't try to do anything to help me understand or resolve the issue
