Do you really need a vehicle from THIS business? 1. Every vehicle has an “implied” or “as is” sticker. Meaning any repairs that are necessary might not be covered. Even though they have an in-house mechanic, as pictured. Very shady to prefer to absolve yourselves of any responsibilities for repairs when you have a mechanic that could do them before they’re brought/sold. 2. Unprofessional political banners. As pictured in the mechanic shop. 3. I was able to walk around without being assisted once as other reviews stated. 4. The review about the active duty servicemen is downright shameful for a business that boasts about “loving” being American and veterans.

I got the car 2 weeks ago the motor goes out. I put 3500 on the car. Now they want 2900 to fix the motor and I don't get none of my money back. Then they tried to say that I was on a high speed police chase that's why the motor went out. Which it wasn't. Motor went out while I was on my way to get my kids from school. They knew the motor was going out.

I wish I could give 1/3 of a star. The service was decent at first. The salesman “cut me a deal” because I’m a college student and in the military. However, this dealership sets customers up for failure. I bought a 2013 Ford Taurus from them for $9,500 (give or take) . I put $6,500 down in cash. Instead of doing monthly payments, they put me on a 60 day plan. Pay $500 one month after purchase and then pay the rest of the balance on the 60th day. The only problem is, the rest of the balance was $2,500. My payment was set 2 days before Christmas. They have no decency. They prey on the people that are down bad. After they make a sale, the halfway decent customer service goes out of the window. At that point you’re no longer a valued customer.
