We traveled from Wisconsin to Indiana to buy a car. We worked with them for weeks going back and forth between phone calls and messaging asking tons of questions. They even took extra photos and videos of parts of the car to answer questions. We tried finding a vehicle back at home that met what we wanted and kept getting steered back to the Nitro in there lot. So we made the trip and it was sooooo worth it!! We are willing to do it again in the future for another car. Carlos and the people he works with were fantastic!! 10 out of 10!! We would highly recommend them!!!

He ripped my son off. Sold him a 2004 Chevy Malibu. Soon as he pulled off the lot the check engine light came on and it as is. Turns out everything was wrong with the car. They had to have erased to codes. Terrible for ripping my son off like that he was excited about his first car he actually bought and owned only to be screwed over and not even be able to use it

Went there for a 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan and was told $3600 then was told $4000 Bad 👎🏾 Business and it needed tires and was supposed to adjust price to purchase tires wouldn't Suggest Going there to buy any Vehicles

I had bought a car with them on October 18th 2024 really friendly person. Sold us a car for 9k we now have to turn around and put 1400 into the car. All they said was “car fax” should be in the car. Do you guys not do your own inspections? If you did you would have noticed the valve cover gasket needed to be replaced. You never mentioned that at all!! Now we’re stuck paying more after giving you 9k. When trying to contact you there’s no answer. Car can’t even be drove now due to oil leaking constantly because you guys DID NOT inspect the vehicle prior to you selling the car. I wish stars could go negative because that’s what I’d give you.
