From the very first phone call with Chris, I could tell this was a company I could trust. They were clear, responsive, and easy to work with—no back-and-forth phone tag or "let me call you back" nonsense. We quickly set up an installation date, and less than 24 hours later, our new stair lift was installed. The entire process went smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Zach, the technician who handled the installation, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. He really knows his stuff and made sure everything was set up perfectly. Chair just got installed today. Took only about an hour or so. We worked with Matt and Nick who were both very pleasant and kind. Great value for the rental prices as well. Chair works great so far and we are excited to use it for my father‘s safety. Will write a review months down the line to further update the reliance of the chair.

We purchased a Rav2 stair lift from Ameriglide approximately 2 months ago, this made our lives so much easier. This is our second stair lift from AmeriGlide in Wilkes Barre, PA. The 30-45 minute installation went very well. Our first unit was from the first to second floor and it works so well we decided to have one installed going down to the basement. I was concerned about the logistics of the installation but was assured there would be not problem and indeed there were no problems at all. According to my wife "it is the best thing we ever did'; and I agree with her. Thank you SO MUCH AmeriGlide.

I'm submitting this review on behalf of my father, Daniel Waszkiewicz. His chair lift was making a clicking noise and not working as usual. We called the company on Sans Souci Parkway and they quickly sent Zack to repair it. The service provided was friendly, efficient and effective. I would highly recommend!
