Toyota is a wonderful product, sells itself, quite common thing to say , but to deal with a salesman that you feel you can trust, does not happen very often. Talking to Alan at Ancaster Toyota really made me feel like that. I had a great experience and I love my new truck. We chose Ancaster Toyota to purchase a used truck after doing thorough research and shopping around across the larger Southern Ontario area. This dealership had transparent pricing, clear information and was very accommodating for appointments and a test drive as we were driving over an hour to get there. Allan Hauck was an incredible salesperson who took the time to send lots of photos and answer our questions even before we attended in-person. Allan sent us a video of the vehicle so we could feel confident that it was what we were looking for before coming out. He was friendly, responded quickly to texts and was easy to work with. No pressure was felt, and Allan was genuinely a gem. Stephanie was also a great support upon taking delivery and was easy to work with. We were appreciative of her good advice. We’d work again with Ancaster Toyota- the staff are approachable, professional and friendly. The dealership is modern and has a tremendous inventory.
