Thank You – Outstanding Service on My 2023 Impreza Heated Seats Repair Dear Jack and the entire Anchor Subaru Service Team, I wanted to share my extremely positive experience with your service department and express my sincere gratitude. I recently purchased a 2023 Subaru Impreza Wagon Limited with only about 5,500 miles on it. Shortly after taking delivery, I realized that the heated seats were not working at all — neither the driver nor passenger side switches would illuminate or activate. Since the vehicle was just outside the original factory warranty, I reached out to Subaru of America and copied Mike Plante, Service Manager, in my request for goodwill assistance. Mike was wonderful from the start. He took my call, listened carefully, and expressed a genuine interest in “making it right.” Thanks to his support, the service team provided full goodwill coverage for the diagnosis and repair (parts and labor) as a one-time customer service gesture. I dropped the car off as scheduled, and everything went smoothly. The work was completed successfully with no cost to me, and I was provided a comfortable loaner vehicle while my Impreza was in the shop. Jack, thank you and all the technicians and staff involved for your professionalism, clear communication, and efficient handling of the repair. As a new Subaru owner, this experience has made me confident in my purchase and in Anchor Subaru as my dealership. Your team’s willingness to stand behind the vehicle and go the extra mile (even shortly after warranty expiration) truly stands out. I like that you get a loaner car when service will take a long time. Jack handled my most recent visit. He explains everything about what will be done to my car. If there is a problem he contacts me first to get an okay on a repair. No complaints!!
