# Summary The dealership receives praise from some customers for friendly salespeople and responsive service advisors, but faces serious criticism regarding post-sale service department performance, including unresolved mechanical issues, poor communication, excessive wait times, and failure to complete promised repairs. Negative experiences have resulted in customers incurring significant out-of-pocket expenses due to delays and incomplete work.

Decent experience purchasing our 4 work trucks. Even though they jacked up the price by 1k on each of them once they arrived. claimed the price had changed even though I agreed to purchase for 1k less for each of them. They get 1 additional star for the purchase even though it was far from ideal it was okay. Now on to the service department. Two of our trucks have a phantom drain. This has been ongoing since we bought them and two of them have been in and out of the shop 3 times each. They keep claiming its fixed, and the drain keeps happening. This last time they had the truck since Dec 22 and we finally just went and picked it up since I am 90% sure they haven't even looked at it. The truck was covered in snow and the battery was completely dead, it didn't look like it had been moved since we towed it in. I called multiple times and always got the same response of how they were going to look at it, they had a specialist who needed to do it, that guy that looked at it last time dosnt work there anymore, etc... Suffice to say I am seriously regretting purchasing Ram trucks due to the continued issues we have been having and lack of anything actually getting fixed by their service department. The trucks are nice, but pray you never have any kind of issues because they sure wont get fixed. We gave in and bought a couple trickle chargers and boom, problem fixed. I did have to buy 2 new batteries so far to replace the completely dead ones though from the dealership letting them sit for so long so that's great.

⭐☆☆☆☆ DON’T WALK….. RUN FROM THIS PLACE AND NEVER ENTER IT AGAIN… I purchased a 2015 Dodge Laramie from this dealership, putting $5,000 down, trading in my vehicle, and securing financing with excellent credit. At the time of sale, I was told the only issue with the truck was a non-functioning sunroof, which I was assured would be repaired. I agreed to the purchase in good faith and specifically requested the repair be completed while I was out of town to avoid any disputes later. I was told the repair would take 3–4 weeks. Instead, my truck remained at the dealership for 7-8 weeks. During that time, I was completely ignored for seven consecutive days while trying to get a simple update or ETA. I was transferred repeatedly, given no answers, and received no meaningful communication from the salesperson or the service department. Because of these delays, I had to rent vehicles at my own expense, totaling around $1,500, plus $400–$500 in lost work time this after only driving this truck 10 days. I was eventually told the parts were on backorder, yet ironically they arrived the day after the truck was temporarily returned to me. Had the dealership simply communicated properly or ordered parts ahead of time, this entire situation could have been avoided. When I returned the truck for the final repair, the problems continued. After supposedly finishing the work on February 27, 2026, the dealership delivered the truck to my home and locked the key fob inside the vehicle, despite clear instructions to leave the keys accessible. Because of this mistake: • I had already returned my rental car • I had to take a taxi home • I couldn’t access my own vehicle • A locksmith would have cost $400+, especially at night To make matters worse, another issue with the oil pressure switch was supposedly going to be fixed, but it wasn’t. The code was simply cleared instead of repaired, and it came back within 24 hours. SO SOME OF THE REPAIRS WERE NOT EVER FIXED……….. I incurred another $700 in rental costs, bringing my total out-of-pocket expenses to roughly $2,700 — all caused by delays, poor coordination, and lack of communication. Let me be very clear about this experience: • I was ignored for an entire week while asking for updates • I was given empty promises about timelines • The truck sat for over a month longer than promised • I spent $2,700 out of pocket because of their delays • The truck was returned with the keys locked inside • A mechanical issue they said they would fix was never actually repaired AND THEY LIED IT WAS FIXED LIKE I WOULD NOT FIND OUT This entire experience was a complete customer service failure from start to finish. I originally had positive reviews posted about this dealership, but after this experience I removed them. I did not ask for anything unreasonable — just honest timelines, clear communication, and follow-through on basic promises. Instead, this turned into a long, frustrating, and expensive nightmare that reflects extremely poorly on how this dealership treats its customers after the sale. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle here to think twice. AND NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!.................

We unexpectedly had to get a new car for my husband due to someone totaling his. Dave was very nice and never pressured us at all, we live in the valley and they were able to get us approved before we ever got there. We have credit problems so we really appreciated them working with us to get us into something that will last. Amazing customer service and their finance guy is PHENOMENAL.
