A Truly Exceptional Car-Buying Experience I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years, and buying a new one is usually stressful and frustrating. This time was different. When I decided it was time for a brand‑new truck, I reached out to Andean Chevrolet in Cumming, Georgia about a truck they had listed online. Chris Thomas from the Andean Chevrolet team responded almost immediately. From the very beginning, Chris was clear, upfront, and completely transparent about pricing and the purchase process. Since I live in the Greenville, South Carolina area, getting my trade‑in to the dealership could have been a challenge — but Chris made it easy. I sent detailed photos and a short video of my car, and he and the team were able to value my trade remotely. Once Chris had the trade‑in value and the out‑the‑door price finalized, he emailed everything over. I took my 22 Silverado 2500 HD pick up in for what seemed like a failing steering pump. Chris Hamner the service agent I worked with had it checked out. The service department determined my power steering pump needed to be replaced. Chris took care of working with the extended warranty company. He made sure they covered the parts and the labor to replace the steering pump. I walked out with a new steering pump and my only expense was the $100.00 deductible. I appreciate the work Chris did to ensure the warranty company stood behind the warranty. Thank you Andean Chevrolet.
