Andean Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Had service done 11/24/25 to have tires mounted, balanced on new rims, and an alignment done. Also asked to have caster checked and set at 6°. Everything except for the rims were purchased through dealer including TPMs. Ended up waiting 5 hours and was told they could not balance my tires being they are oversized 37". Even though I was told they had to do the mounting to be able to create a sales ticket, so that's why I had this service done through the dealership. They did the best they could on alignment, but still suggested to take to another shop. I did just that, and the new shop found they never adjusted my caster either. So, I had to pay an additional $260 to another shop because the wheels were not balanced, caster had to be adjusted, and had to do another alignment. On top of that; all 4 of my brand new black rims were scratched when the tires were mounted. The dealership should have told me they were not capable to do that work and I would’ve purchased the tires to take to another shop.

Drove several hours to look at a speciality vehicle and was greeted by Joe. Very pleasant and competent salesman to work with. He was able to answer all of our questions. The dealership was very helpful with the sales process and the finance manager made it a pleasant experience. We were in and out very quick. I am loving my new hot rod! We would definitely recommend using this dealership for your next Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram vehicle!

I went in with a couple of questions, not thinking that I’d be able to leave in a car, but Mark got me into a Jeep that checked all the boxes, almost immediately. I was surprised at how fast I was able to get a car. The service is wonderful, and you can find a good car at a decent price. If you ever need help here, ask for Mark Gindlesperger, he’s the best!

It was great working with Randy today. He is very personal and knowledgeable. I tried working with 3 other dealerships closer to me but I drove 3 hours because they gave me such a great deal! Very good experience shopping at this store.

I contacted these people looking for a used suburban they had listed. I contacted them threw email and one of there people replayed back.to.me with the vechicle information and all. I.emailed them back and except getting answers back like it was still for sale hell it was still listed for sale online. When I called the number they gave me on the email was incorrect. So I looked them up and found the correct number so I called and spoke to the guy that was emailing me he acted so confused it wasn't funny. I ended up speaking to another gentleman he was more helpful and told me that the car was sold a week before I contacted them.. so there inventory person needs to do there job correct
