Service advisor Matt was awesome getting me in at the last minute. I was traveling through town and my truck threw a check engine light. The technician that diagnosed the issue was quick to complete the work and I was on my way in less than an hour. I can't thank them enough for squeezing me into their busy schedule. We are extremely happy with the purchase of our pre-owned AS-IS vehicle! It was priced well and they were open to offers, We were able to come to an agreement on out the door price quickly and the paperwork was quick and painless! Anderson was was up front with the minor mechanical issues along with a full Carfax report readily available! John Evans is “Killin it” out there and definitely deserves a raise!! I was able to get an appointment the very next day when I called for my new cars first oil change. It was a pleasant experience all around. There was a bit of a delay for some equipment malfunction but Christian communicated that well with me and apologized for the wait. It was not an inconvenience to me as I understand things like that can happen. He was friendly, knowledgeable and provided A+ customer service.
