Terrible experience. My 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee went in for a routine oil change, and after leaving the dealership and driving only about 6 miles, I discovered oil was pouring out of my vehicle. The dealership towed it back and kept it for 24 hours without a single follow-up call to update me on the status. I was later told by the service writer that the oil ring was damaged during installation. I requested a complete service record for my vehicle, including documentation of what was done to correct the issue. However, when my husband picked up the keys, no paperwork was ready, and there was no documentation provided regarding the compression test they claimed was performed to ensure the engine was not damaged. At this point, I have lost all confidence in their ability to perform even the most basic maintenance correctly. Based on this experience and the lack of communication and documentation, I will not be returning

This is what there service shop did to my truck for a simple recall. They didn't want to help me at all. The recall reprogramed the computer the timing was changed and compression broke the head and bolts now its spraying diesel all over. I had an independent shop to make sure and they confirmed. Never buy anything from Anderson any brand. They're refusing to help me. Check out the video

I don’t normally spend the time to leave a review, but when you receive exceptional service I think it deserves a mention. I was leaving town, with my fifth wheel trailer in tow, to meet a group of guys for an annual hunting trip, when my check engine light came on showing “Diesel Filter Full, Power Reduced, See Dealer”. The first thing that I thought was, “Are you kidding me”! I didn’t want to end up being stranded in the middle of nowhere, so I turned around and headed back home. Not to mention, my truck was barely able to pull the trailer up the grade leaving town. I called Anderson Ram on the way back home, and asked to speck to Brent, my service advisor, but he was with a customer. So I briefly explained my situation to one of the employees in the service department, and let them know that I was bringing my truck in to the dealership, after I dropped the trailer off. When I arrived, there were several customers in the service department needing help. I patiently waited my turn to be helped, and Brent was able to get my truck right in, have a mechanic diagnose the problem, fix the truck and clear the trouble light. 4 hours later I was back on the road, I stopped at the house to pick up the trailer, and was on my way to meet the guys. This kind of service was above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced at any other dealership, or what I expected. I truly appreciate the professionalism and urgency of all the employees in the service department that helped me get back on the road as quickly as possible… Thank you for the 5 star service!
