FWIW, the sales team doesn't make commission -- they get bonused on the number of positive reviews they get every month. So they don't just want you leaving with a car, they want you leaving happy.

Fair deal, smooth transaction, but it took too long. They need to find a way to make it take an hr. or less once you've agreed to the price, Trade-in, and down payment. Anderson is a fantastic car dealership and I will buy from them again. They need to find a way to bring their Toyota Franchise back to Kingman.
