Adam was the salesman guiding me through my first time purchasing a car. From the beginning, he catered to all my questions and preferences, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before proceeding with the purchase. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied with my decision. Would highly recommend Adam to everyone looking to purchase, he made the process very smooth and easy. 100% satisfied.

I had a very good experience with Joe, Willie, and Steve in purchasing a new vehicle, recently. They represented Anderson Honda very well. Joe was very prompt and direct in all early communications. When I visited the dealership to talk in person, he was very warm and welcoming, in both showing me what I needed to see in the inventory on the lot, as well as making me feel comfortable in the dealership. As I worked to conclude the purchase with others, he made sure that my new car was fully prepped to be ready for me to drive off without delay. For as long as Joe is a sales consultant at Anderson, I will turn to Anderson first if I shop for a Honda again. Willie the sales manager was straightforward and reasonable in working out a deal that I was satisfied with. And also helped in communication with me when he was on duty and Joe was not. Steve in finance was very efficient in working through the final paperwork with me, and I appreciated how everything moved promptly and matter-of-factly. All three made sure I will look to Anderson if I look for a Honda again, and maybe even more likely I will consider Hondas in the future.

Anderson Honda was a great experience. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and they were patient, clear and concise, made great recommendations, respected my wishes, and jumped through loops to ensure that I was happy with the purchase. They did all of this to ensure that i was able to drive off the lot within a few hours without any prior communication. They brought me water multiple times during the process as well. They were able to give me an offer that I felt happy to take and I would recommend them!

I bought a brand-new Civic Hatchback here and found a factory assembly defect (misaligned front panel with a broken internal clip) right after delivery. I even have photo evidence from week one proving no external collision. When I first brought it in, the service staff dismissed it and did absolutely nothing. What I told was there’s nothing they can do. I had to escalate the issue to Honda Customer Relations (Corporate HQ). Corporate explicitly instructed Anderson Honda's Service Director, Jeanette Baldwin, to reach out to me directly by the end of last week to schedule a formal inspection under warranty. I have received ZERO communication. I even left messages for the Service Director and sent emails to the sales who originally sold vehicle to me, and they completely ignored me. Once they sell you the car, their customer service becomes completely non-existent. They don't even respect their own Corporate HQ's instructions.

Anderson Honda I can’t thank you guys enough. After being played around by different Honda locations in the BayArea and almost giving up looking for a new Honda I gave Anderson Honda a call and no games were played straight honesty and fantastic customer service. Dave the sales manager heard my journey and stepped in made things right. Dave got me in touch with Abdul the sales rep who was very kind and friendly. My over experience was beyond excellent, I left with my new 2025 Honda civic Type R with the biggest smile ever! Thank you Dave and Abdul for a fantastic experience buying my first new car. -Patrick N
