So far I've had noting but amazing interactions and been taken care of incredibly well at Anderson Kia; starting last summer when my clutch started acting up to this afternoon when I decided not to buy a new car. We purchased a new Kia Sportage XLine in April 2025. We have had so many problems with it. It has been back into Anderson Kia now 9 times snd it’s still not fixed. Dale Anderson was contacted by us to ensure our vehicle was fixed when they were going to have it for over 3 weeks. No response. They cannot get our vehicle to duplicate our problem so therefore they can’t fix it. But as soon as I pick up our vehicle - it does the same problem that we had it in there to be fixed. We contacted Kia Canada many times but was only told we have to deal with our dealer. Anderson Kia told us they are not supported by Kia Canada. Never again will we buy another Kia!!! Nor will we buy a vehicle from Anderson GM - Dale Anderson Our vehicle only has 6000 klm on it. Additional comment: It has many problems - not just the not starting. How about the engine noise that Mason heard when I took him and the technician out for a test drive. And the windshield making a crackling sound / and the tech said to me ‘oh that noise would drive me nuts’ - REALLY! But the way the fixed it was to remove the plug nut lock from my glove box and put it onto the Center console. Guess what it’s still making the noise. Remote start won’t work half the time And when my car wouldn’t start in a parking lot - they told me that my car didn’t like other vehicles near me or my work key fob was interfering with it starting. Every day it’s a new thing. And now after having it back into Andersons 9 times and didn’t fix one thing - they are telling me to go elsewhere! We’ve been more than patient and tried every ridiculous idea they had - but made it sound like we imagined all these things.

I bought my vehicle a few months ago off of John and Zach and the process was great! Very easy and personable. Had my first oil change last week with Mason and also had an awesome experience. Great service from Mason who offered a shuttle ride return even though I didn't ask for one. Thanks Mason, John, and Zach!
