I bought/ordered a 4Runner in 2021 from Frank at the dealership. Awesome experience. I had to wait a little bit to get it but it was definitely worth it. We recently stopped in to discuss options due to my wife's lease coming to an end with a different dealership. Frank set her in a beautiful Lexus and even managed to sell me one too haha. It was actually the excellent trade-in amount they offered me on the 4Runner. So I have bought three cars now from Toyota/Lexus and they've all been from Frank. He doesn't have the stereotypical car salesman personality. He's a good guy and I know he'll shoot me straight when I need something. That's why I go back to him every time. I think if more dealerships sought out and retained employees with his personality type people would be more comfortable buying cars from dealerships. My wife and I consider Frank a personal friend and will definitely use him for any future vehicle purchases. If you're looking for a car and want to no BS experience, Frank is your man.

I had a great experience when purchasing my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica today! My situation was a little crazy, and these guys were great the entire time. Ryan Svatos was my kick-ass salesman. Joe, Andy, and Ben were all wonderful, too. They all worked together to get me into my new vehicle. Also, they are all super friendly and funny. It made the whole process that much better. When I have to buy a car again, I will only go to these guys. I highly recommend!

If I could give 20 stars I would! My salesman Alan, was kind and very knowledgeable, helpful and “no pressure” (which is important to me). I thought I had found the perfect car. After going through the whole purchase process, I found the car was not the one for me. I contacted Alan told him my situation and he and the staff at Anderson literally jumped through many hoops to get me the perfect car for me! I would recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a car! They are the best!

Great overall experience! They didn't have exactly what I was looking for when I went in but offered to help me get what I wanted. Had to wait some time but definitely worth the wait! I worked with Ryan who was very helpful, informative, and honest. He helped explain things in detail and ensured I understood them. He was also very personable and definitely took the time to connect and get to know you. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and also helped thoroughly walk through the different features in the car which was very helpful and much appreciated. Brandon in finance made the process very smooth as well. He took the time to connect and ensure things were understood. He also took the time to thoroughly explain things as needed as we went through all the paperwork. They never made me feel rushed nor pressured to make any decisions, they were very patient, understanding, and easy to work with. Highly recommend this dealership, they truly care about their customers!
