Going into it, we were pretty nervous because of a bad experience with a previous dealership that tried to sell us a lemon. But from the moment we arrived at Andrews Cadillac, all of that stress started to fade. Everyone we worked with was absolutely fantastic—friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful. Dan was our salesman and he took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way, and never pressured us into anything. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable, which is not something you usually say about buying a car! I did not have a good experience with this place. At first, I was quoted $600, then the price changed to $1500, and later they added another $500. In the end, I paid nearly $3,000 for work on my two Cadillacs. The pricing was inconsistent, and I felt like I was charged much more than I was originally told. I do not recommend this shop. Be sure to review everything carefully and get all pricing in writing before they start working on your vehicle, or you may end up paying far more than expected

My wife and I recently bought a Yukon Denali from this dealership. Our salesman was Dan Clikeman. He was at the sale and continues to be courteous and very professional. When we left we noticed a small issue, I explained to Dan the issue, he immediately sent me over to Tyler in the Service department who was also very professional. Tyler gave us a loaner car on the spot and had us ready to go the next day. We are definitely happy with our Yukon, we are definitely happy with the Andrew’s Cadillac experience. Mt Juliet Tennessee - Andrews Cadillac Sets the standard for car dealerships, not just Cadillac... So much so, that I drive from 75 miles away, one way, to do business with them.. Shane and his sales team are top notch in all areas. From first introduction at the door, through the sale with Josh, quick finance review with Benton, into service support from Giorgio, they handle things with the care and attention just like it is their own vehicle. Look no further for your next location when buying a vehicle. I have bought multiple vehicles from them and will continue to as long as Shane is in charge. The experience and the facility speak for themselves. Purchased my blackwing in under an hour from first walk in, to drive off...
