Well, I went to Test Drive a 2024 Cadillac SUV, I thought I wanted. I didn't like it like I thought I would. Then I saw a 2026 GMC Terrain "Loaded" on the Show Room Floor. So, Tamal started the process with his Mgr. and Leroy the Financer, we went for hours getting the best bang for my buck but they couldn't, so I decided to pass due to the interest and price. Leroy my Man, when Above and Beyond and called GM Financial to get me Approved with a Lower interest rate and got me a deal I could not Refuse. I located the vehicle I was wanting for the past year after searching GMC’s website. This vehicle was located 2 1/2 hours away from my house at Andy Mohr Buick GMC in Fishers, Indiana. Unfortunately, there was no dealership closer to my house that had the vehicle I wanted. I received confirmation from an employee at Andy Mohr Buick GMC named Jazmonique within 20 mins after an online request was made that the vehicle I was searching for was still at this dealership. I was emailed a reasonable quote for the purchase of this vehicle within 24 hours from an employee named Mohamed so I took the 2 1/2 hour drive to look at the vehicle. I noticed the dealership had a large inventory of vehicles while entering the parking lot and was immediately greeted by an employee after parking my vehicle. The employee who greeted me quickly located Mohamed who also came to greet me. I worked with Mohamed and his manager Ahmed to get a great price for my trade in vehicle and for the purchase of my new vehicle. Mohamed made sure the new vehicle was clean, fueled, and even took the time to explain the new features before I took delivery. The 2 1/2 drive to Andy Mohr Buick GMC was worth it to purchase the vehicle I had been searching for over the last year. I’m glad I didn’t settle for anything else. I wish I could score a zero for the servicing of my transmission. All it needed was a drain and refill. After their service, now it needs to be replaced. They used the wrong o-ring when reattaching a hose and it wasn't tightened so the fluid leaked out as we drove out of town to visit family. Now, we may have to wait months for a replacement transmission and possibly pay for repairs and go to court because we trusted a Buick dealership??? 😭 The original service was approx. $400. The staff hasn't responded to our phone calls. Updates coming soon regarding the results of speaking with the service manager. Going to court is our next step. 😢

I had an amazing experience at Andy Mohr GMC in Fishers. Andy Queisser was an outstanding salesman very low-pressure, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. He truly does what he says and is a man of his word. Sitota Mulugeta in finance was top tier as well. Also low-pressure, honest, and clearly has your best interest at heart. She explains everything clearly and tells it like it is while still being respectful and professional. The entire team was next level. This was honestly the best car-buying experience I've ever had and I'm 31 and have purchased multiple vehicles from different dealerships over the years. This one definitely takes the cake.
