Chris Slagle in finance was also great as he got us a great deal on financing with a rate lower than we expected and we were able to get some additional packages to protect our new car while staying in our budget. We didnt feel pressured or skimmed over during our experience at Andy Mohr Ford. We will be coming here for our vehicle maintenance and any future vehicle needs.

Got my very first car today with the help of Michael Baumann! Very patient and willing to brave the cold. Was very easy to work with. 10/10 recommend for honesty, flexibility and a level headed discussion.

Pathetic place. They park new tracks in front of all fast chargers Ford advertises. It sucks when you plan your route so you can charge. Why? Agenda driven sheer stupidity is my guess.

Screw this place bought a part and was sold the wrong piece which was over $80 explained it to the parts guy was told can’t get your money back lmao you guys were the ones that sold me the wrong item I gave you guys my VIN you guys gave me the wrong part and now somehow it’s my fault. It’s ridiculous.

I showed up with a screw punctured tire on a Ford Transit 250. Buffy Crye waited on me. The tire had a warranty from the tire company recoreded at Bill Estes Ford where it was purchased. It turned out that the warranty was not available on the Ford Company data base. To get the warranty covered I ended up having to go to Bill Estes Ford to source the warranty. After just walking in, Buffy had a service worker take the van in and analyse the damage. After that it was decided I'd have to gp to the other dealership to identify the warranty info. Buffy did a great job of attending to all the details and the several phone calls to the tire purchaser to figure it out. She knows her business very well. After it was all over with, she said I didn't owe their business anything. Thanks again Buffy!
