Angela Krause Ford exceeded every expectation – This was our first time buying a Ford, and WOW, what an experience! It all started with our incredible sales person, Ali. While newer to the sales team, she’s shared that she’s been with Ford for years and other roles – and it showed. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely committed to make sure we had answers to every question about our new bronco. We absolutely loved working with her and can’t say enough about her dedication and follow through. Let’s be honest – we originally came in thinking about our dog (Hello, perfect adventure vehicle 🐾), Bought the bronco is just plain FUN. The sales manager, Chris made sure we felt great about the deal, and Chase wrapped everything up flawlessly on the paperwork side. From start to finish, the entire process took less than two hours – easily the most seamless car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Way to go, Team Angela Krause Ford! Highly recommend.

Honestly came in just to browse and left with a car the same day lol. Jonathan Ramirez was awesome, dude knows his stuff and never once made me feel like I was being sold to. I had a ton of questions and he answered all of them without missing a beat. Also super helpful that he’s bilingual, made everything a lot easier to follow. Cody Chafin, the general sales manager, was great too. He jumped in and actually helped me find exactly what I was looking for instead of just pointing me in a direction and walking off. Great energy, clearly knows how to run a team, and I’m not gonna lie, doesn’t hurt that the man is easy on the eyes either 😂 Fischer handled the financing and that part went way smoother than I expected. No sitting around for hours, no confusion, just straightforward and quick. Overall just a really good experience. The whole team had great vibes and it shows they actually care. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my next one.

Really fantastic experience. I did not plan to buy on my first visit but after a warm and enthusiastic greeting from Carlos who immediately went to work to uncover the motivation of my visit, I found myself moving forward in the process. The sales manager, Chris then came in to help “close the deal”. He was the perfect temperament. Not pushy. Not cocky. Just helpful. Easy going and helpful but moving the sale forward. We negotiated respectfully, as should always be done, and we came to an agreement where I needed to get my son involved as he had been pushing me to consider this truck for many months. The dealership allowed me to take the truck home to show my son and my bride. My son was so excited he wanted to come back to the dealership to finish the deal. When we arrived, they were ready for me and Chase was my finance manager. Again, the perfect temperament. Offered me some add-ons to consider and we came to a place where we both felt like we had a deal that was mutually beneficial. The signing process was easy and fast. And they included 2 full years of Ford Factory maintenance as well which was great! Carlos had the detail team give the truck a quick clean (at my request to keep things moving) and then celebrated the purchase with me! Honestly, probably the best major vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. It’s not hard to be attentive. Kind. Patient. Helpful. And to move with a reasonable sense of urgency. Carlos, Chris and Chase were textbook great! I highly recommend all three!

Buying my Bronco Raptor from Angela Krause Ford was one of the smoothest transactions I’ve ever had with a car dealership. I’m 57 years old and own a service business in Atlanta and over the years I’ve purchased in excess of 50 vehicles. Carlos Guadado was the sales representative that was assigned to me and was a pleasure to deal with because he is knows his product and is a true fan of the Bronco series.
