We completed a request for trade in value on online on Wednesday evening and someone called about 5 minutes later! We made an appointment for the next day, went in, and ended up loving a different vehicle than we originally inquired about. Came home and measured to make sure it would fit, set up a wire transfer for Friday, and picked up the car of our dreams! Everyone there was so kind and helpful. The salesman, Neville, the finance manager, Raza, the tech guru, Shelby, and Lulu who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment were too notch professionals! Such a great experience!! Highly recommend this dealership. The process was smooth and they were able to get us exactly where we wanted to be with the bank. Between our sales guy (Brad) and the finance guy and they even had someone literally get in the vehicle with us to get it all set up and show us how to use all of the features.
