Antioch Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

A few years ago I had a pretty dismal experience at Antioch Dodge service center. This past week I needed to get a repair done. I decided to give them another shot. I am happy to say I had an exceptional experience. Our service advisor was Richard Ludlow. Our truck is under a lifetime warranty. Due to this fact there is a process they need to follow to get repairs done. Richard got our truck in, inspection done, repairs approved and completed in record time. All while communicating with me every single step of the way. This my friends is an 180 degree turn around from my past experience. I am so happy. Thank you so much! Excellent customer service, excellent repair, excellent turnaround and supreme excellent communication! I hope the owner reads this and appreciates Richard! He’s a keeper lol

Richard is an excellent Service Advisor who handled the coolant flush for my WJ. Their technicians are professional & the services are reasonably priced. I appreciate the respect they have for my vehicle even thought it is old. I will be returning, next time for an oil change - I appreciate the team at Antioch CJDR.

The best dealership I have ever visited!! I was looking for a minivan for my family. Richard showed me 2026 Pacifica and did a test drive. We went back inside and started talking about numbers which is not something I enjoy when I make a big purchase. However, the experience I had with him was awesome. Never felt pressured, and he was being honest. I felt like he cared my financial situation more than his sells. We were talking for hours because it was not an easy decision. And my three little kids were getting wild but everyone there is so nice and patient. The best part is they only pulled my credit ONCE. I know from experience other dealership runs credit more than they should but here they told me they would do it once and they did. I got a great great deal on the minivan and low interest rate. I am so happy with my purchase and if I or my kids needs a car in the future, I definitely will come back.

Avoid bringing your vehicle here for service or repair unless you like throwing your money away. Had to bring my car back in on multiple occasions for my coolant system. Service department charged me for a new radiator which I needed but couldn’t or didn’t bother checking water pump for leak. Days after radiator replacement car had near to none coolant left in system due to negligence of doing a complete check of coolant system. Brought my car in multiple times for an oil leak that they couldn’t find. Mind you I only bring my car here for oil changes. Found that my oil filter adapter was cracked after I self diagnosed it at home. Shady or just incompetent working staff. Service advisors: KENNETH KRIVANEK RICHARD LUDLOW

My name is Mohammad and I took my chrysler 200 2015 there for check engine light and coolant boiling problem. They kept my car for three days and after three days they called me and asked me: ( what was your car's problem) I explained again for them and they said: your car is fine . Nothing wrong with it. I said it has check engine light. They said " no there is no check engine light. Your car is fine. Go to cashier and pay $275 diagnostic fee and take your car. And they broke my engine cover too.
